OUR SPIRITUAL GUIDE
Our pilgrimage will be guided by Fr. Richard McNeillie, vocation director for the Archdiocese of Galveston Houston.
He shares his spiritual wisdom with us as well as some important historical knowledge that will give context to Our Lady of Guadalupe.
BASILICA OF OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE
Visit the Basilica and the image of Our Lady still appearing on the tilma since 1531.
MEXICO CITY METROPOLITAN CATHEDRAL
This is the historic cathedral in the city center.
JESUS DEL VENENO
Translated as "Jesus of the Poison." Learn the miraculous story behind this crucifix.
Chapultepec Park
Beautiful park in the middle of Mexico City with lakes, stands selling fun treats, and lovely walking paths. Sites to visit within the park include Chapultepec Castle and the Museum of Anthropology.
Teotihuacán
Ancient Mesoamerican pyramids and temples. These are an engineering marvel and a UNESCO heritage site.
OUR GROUP LEADERS
Cimela has a great devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe that comes from her Mexican grandmother. She, Jessi, and Garret have gone to Guadalupe many times, and they're now excited to share that experience with others!
